Terms of Service for Reggu Co., Ltd.

Welcome to Reggu, operated by Reggu Co., Ltd. ("Reggu", "we", "us", or "our"). Our app is designed to foster a rewarding relationship between loyal customers and their favorite restaurants, offering digital vouchers and points as rewards for repeated visits. These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your access to and use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with any part of these ToS, you may not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Security

Upon registration, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to the provided phone number. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and OTP. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Attempting to check in or redeem vouchers fraudulently.

Hacking or disrupting the Service in any manner.

Violating the loyalty program rules set by partner restaurants, including failing to meet any minimum spend requirements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of the Service, excluding partner restaurant logos and trademarks, are owned by Reggu Co., Ltd. These contents include, but are not limited to, design, layout, text, images, and graphics. Unauthorized use of any Reggu content is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be involved in fraudulent activities or abuse of the Service. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app's settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reggu is not responsible for any actions taken by partner restaurants, including changes to loyalty programs or availability of rewards. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these ToS will be governed by the laws of Thailand.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new ToS.
