Delete your Reggu account
You can remove your Reggu account directly from the app, or request deletion by email.
How to delete your Reggu account

Sign in to the app
Open the Reggu app and sign in using your phone number and the OTP we send to it.

Open your account settings
Tap Account in the sidebar menu.

Delete your account
Tap Delete account and confirm. You will be logged out of the app immediately.
If you sign back in with the same phone number
A brand new account will be created. Stamps, rewards and history from the deleted account will not be restored.
Prefer to delete by email?
Email [email protected] with the phone number on your account and we'll handle the deletion.
